Developed with professional angler Dean Rojas, the Fighting Frog provides a realistic presentation with a unique action that stands apart from traditional creature baits.

Unlike hollow-body and soft-plastic frogs designed primarily for topwater fishing, the Fighting Frog is built to be fished under the surface. Its compact 4-inch body features smaller front legs that create subtle movement and larger rear legs that produce an enticing swimming action as the bait moves through the water.

Rig it with a light weight to create a natural gliding action on the fall, or add a heavier weight when you need a faster presentation or want to penetrate heavy cover. Its compact profile makes it an excellent flipping and pitching bait around grass, docks, brush, laydowns, and other bass-holding cover.

One of the Fighting Frog's standout features is its innovative system of hook pockets, channels, and grooves. Hook pockets on the top and bottom work with additional side grooves to help prevent the soft plastic from bunching around the hook, promoting cleaner hooksets when a bass strikes.

The Fighting Frog also makes an excellent follow-up bait after a missed topwater frog strike. Drop it back into the same area and give that fish a different presentation beneath the surface.

Flip or pitch the Dean Rojas Fighting Frog into heavy cover just like your favorite creature bait, or rig it lighter when you want a slower, gliding fall. The swimming rear legs add movement while the compact body slips easily into tight areas. Keep one rigged when fishing a topwater frog, too—after a missed blowup, immediately follow up with the Fighting Frog below the surface for another chance at that fish.
